That an increase from last year’s number at 62%, and it trumps both price and ease of use.
No trust equals no loyalty.
Smart people leading good companies have found that if you chase a sale, you’re looking at a one-time transaction. If you chase the customer, you’re looking at a relationship that could lead to long-term business and, ultimately, customer loyalty. ????????
