Success is an iceberg!

What people see is very different from the reality.  What lies beneath shatters the myth of being an overnight success. 

There is so much that happens below the surface where nobody can see.  Most people don’t see the sacrifices made and costs successful people have paid overtime (iceberg below the surface) to get to what everyone sees now (iceberg above the surface).

The messy middle is really where true success is created – persistence, good work ethic, courage, dedication, commitment, sacrifice, failure, disappointments… are some of the real factors that contribute to the success we see.

Do not undervalue the process.  It takes a lot of work to become an overnight success.
